We selected Donny from several Realtors that were recommended to sell our house. Donny was the only one of the three that correctly valued our house according to the market value at that time. Our house sold in about 30 days. He was courteous, personable and always available night and day. We also used Donny for the purchase of our new home, and he was extremely useful in negotiations with the builder and explaining what everything meant. The mortgage broker he recommended was top notch, and he even went as far as to find temporary housing for us in between the sale of our house and when we could move into our new house. With Donny Samson, you can check any worries at the door. Donny is great! He gives honest, knowledgeable advice and is always so happy to help. He would answer any question we had within minutes. Our work and personal schedules were not very convenient, but Donny was always willing and available to be there and show us houses. When we weren’t able to make the final home inspection, Donny insisted on going there himself just to make sure nothing major had happened to the house before we closed. He stayed late with us writing an offer on our dream house (which we got!) and was even willing to miss a personal event to stay with us at a closing that lasted longer than expected. On top of all that, Donny gave as a credit back on our closing costs (where else can you find that?) and then followed through after the deal was complete by checking in on us a few times to see how things were working out with our new home.
