Donny & Meredith are lifetime residents of Northern Virginia. Donny graduated from Oakton High School in Vienna and Meredith from Park View High School in Sterling. Donny went on to graduate from George Mason University, and Meredith graduated from Liberty University. Married in December 2004, they are residents of South Riding, Virginia. In 2006, they had their first child, a daughter, Ava Grace. In 2008, they welcomed their second daughter, Sophie Caroline. 2010 brought them Lily Paige and 2013 brought them Molly Kate and they couldn't be happier! They are all a true blessing, and Donny & Meredith are enjoying parenthood immensely. In his spare time, Donny plays on the Samson Properties softball team and enjoys being a Washington sports fan. Go Nats, Redskins, and Wizards! In her spare time, Meredith trains for and runs marathons. She has completed more than 25 marathons, including qualifying for and running the Boston marathon twice. Together they spend time enjoying their family and friends.
Donny's father, Danny Samson, is the principal broker of Samson Properties. Growing up in the real estate business, Donny knew it was an area he was both interested in and had natural talent and drive for success. Donny started selling in August, 2003.  In March 2007 through hard work and studying Donny received his Broker's license. In this age of the Internet, Donny's main goal is to stay on the cutting edge of real estate. We are constantly improving our marketing package to include new and innovative internet marketing as well as the traditional print advertisements. Nancy Femrite

A native of the Washington DC area, Nancy lives in Leesburg VA with her husband and 13 year old son. Real estate has always been in her blood and as a little girl, she and her best friend used to rate the houses on the street from one to ten. That trend continued in college at the University of Colorado. Boulder was a great place to check out houses, as no two are the same. After 22 years in corporate sales and surviving bladder cancer, Nancy decided to turn her real estate hobby into a career and couldn’t be happier. Her mission is to help clients through the real estate process in a professional, honest, and low pressure manner. Her Psychology degree comes in handy as she works well with all types of people and is a great listener and communicator. With her refined negotiating skills and extensive sales background, Nancy is able to get her clients the best deals possible. She goes above and beyond the usual call of duty to make sure her clients have a positive buying or selling experience.



Susan Holbrook

Since getting her Real Estate license in 2004, Susan has been helping her clients achieve their dreams of home ownership during any stage of their lives. In addition to Real Estate, Susan also holds a Class A Contractor license in the state of Virginia. For 3 years she flipped houses with her partner and thoroughly enjoyed the process. Being both in Real Estate and Contracting gives her a keen eye on what upgrades will give her clients the most bang for their buck and what trends are temporary versus what's here to stay. She's most proud of her 2 adult children who are successful in their own fields. An avid animal lover, Susan used to ride horses and compete every weekend as a young girl. She is looking forward to one day fulfilling her dream of purchasing a home near the beach.



Meredith Lynch

As a native of Northern Virginia, Meredith was drawn to Real Estate for the freedom it provides. She is able to build her business around her hobbies and passions. One such passion is spontaneous travel, and it has taken her all over the globe. She has a goal of visiting 100 islands in her lifetime! Most recently, Meredith lived on the island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands. Before turning to Real Estate, she worked in New York City as an Integrated Producer for major advertisers. She produced global ad campaigns for consumer and pharmaceutical brands and has won awards for her work. Her creativity and forward, out of the box thinking make her a great asset during Real Estate transactions. Meredith believes in Natural Health & Wellness, crossing things off your Bucket List, and regularly practices Yoga, Pilates, Energy Healing, and the like.
